To celebrate the 2018 Playing For Change Day, MAMM partnered with a number of local filmmakers to create this video in which MAMM students and faculty members perform The Who's "Join Together", written by Pete Townshend. The video is a celebration of MAMM, its students, and its school community, and serves as an open invitation for ALL Maine kids to grab an instrument and join our band!
2015
To celebrate the 2015 Playing For Change Day, the Maine Academy of Modern Music (MAMM) partnered with a number of Maine filmmakers, musicians, and students to make our own video in the style of the Playing For Change "Songs Around The World" series. This year we chose to feature the song "Understand" by Maine's own Frank Hopkins.
