This group of sentient atoms collides once a week to play...you guessed it...music. Indecisive, argumentative, and energetic, they are pulled in the seemingly opposite directions of pop punk and electro.
Matilda
Matilda has been a MAMM student since 2019 and has been passionate about music for her entire life. She started in the MAMMOTH kids rock chorus and joined the Heirophant (now known as HELLO KRAKEN!) in 2021 as the lead singer. Matilda is drawn to emo and punk styles of music as well as electro pop bands such as CHVRCHES and Phantogram. Some of her favorite bands are Fall Out Boy, Paramore, and My Chemical Romance. She is very passionate about fashion and art and is active in many afterschool clubs like Civil Rights, Model UN, and math team. Matilda is currently attempting to learn guitar and if she gets good at it, might play it in the band. Matilda loves performing with her band and having this experience early on in her life.
Lucas Alexander
Lucas has been playing drums since whenever COVID started. When he's not drumming, you can find him on the squash courts or watching The Last of Us. He likes to create contraptions in his free time.
Ellie
Ellie is the bass player for Hello Kraken. When Ellie is not "kraken" people up with her amazing sense of humor, she enjoys spending time with her friends and cats. Ellie enjoys traveling and trying new things.
